Arts On 9th WAS a privately owned non-profit art center located in the heart of the historic Ybor City district. Due to ongoing issues with the maintenance of the building and public safety concerns - Arts On 9th was forced to close it's doors at the end of September. The website was held open pending our re-location to a new site. This however is not happening in the foreseeable future ...
